In all my years of flying experience, I think what the SIA girl needs is a little of the "Wee Shu Min" characteristic in her. She, the SIA girl,has been abused, shouted at, insulted and even been spat at by passengers.
One dumbass Singaporean passenger spat at one of the SIA girls ,when the meal cart she was pushing, knocked into him. Another one punched a steward because he was in a bad mood.
There are many jackass passengers who think, by paying a small fare, they can make slaves out of the SIA boys and girls.
So,sometimes we need a few "Wee Shu Mins" around to kick the hell out of these big bullies.
