If ur one of the trainers in fri`s write out as u claimed, the rival boss was right. Abt time ur present co. get sm other younger female trainers to take over. Saw u oldies n 1 old lady onli. Let the younger ones take ovr coz abt time u old folks give the younger ones a chance to take ovr. Mayb u must let ur boss knw abt it too man if nt nxt time no clients want to employ u guys. A penny for u thought!!
If a co. wants to employ us oldies,it must hv good reasons.I agree that younger trainers shd take over but then it's up to ur new boss.We dont decide coz in the former co. we clashed with the ceo over differences of opinions. But there again,we were partners and shareholders. Now we are merely employees. Thank U for kaypohing :)
