I refer to the letter by Mr John How Kam Chong, (Online forum, Feb 28).
We have been in touch with Mr How regarding the two incidents and extended our apologies. We take these concerns very seriously, as the high quality and standard of inflight meals and service are as important to us as they are to Mr How.
We have taken this matter up with our contracted caterers who have since reviewed their processes and implemented the appropriate preventive measures.
We thank Mr How for his interest and support, and assure him, and your readers, that we take his concerns very seriously.
