During her 19 years as a United Airlines flight attendant, Stacey Haynes experienced many emergency landings. Those close calls didn't bother her.
But Sept. 11, 2001, grounded her.
"It took something out of me," says Haynes of the infamous day when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. "I started to view life differently. I appreciate days and moments. Every moment is precious to me,"
