We crew and ex crew do not want this type of PPS (Pui Pui Shit!) passenger. Ugly PPS go and find yourself a ........

It's the CO that makes PPS think they own the airline. There is no one to blame if you choose to work for them but yourself because you choose the job , not the other way round.

Even we chose to be staff of SIA it does not mean we should go thru' this sort of treatment. That bitch thought the world of herself abusing the poor staff. She needs to undergo some kind of courtesy training. Pathetic bitch who need to be ......

Er..people join ANY company or organisation in the world is to do a job and earn a fair wage.
This constitue Verbal Abuse..a criminal act punishable by Court of law.
Btw...big deal being pps...the crew themselves also pps...Solitaire somemore...
so if this happens onboard..shall the crew "flash" their SOlitaire card when dealing with a PPS??? just wondering...

Let's hope the CO are on your side if you want to pursue the matter . It's consider bad press by CO. So how much support you will get from CO is anyone's guess.

PPS should not behave this way. It just shows that the person is a narrow minded PPS. Even at private banking, customers are polite and courteous, non-bossy people who put millions into banks.

Does that mean that when a maid gets abused by her employer,no one is to be blamed but the maid, cos she chose the job???
Being subjected to abuse is not part of the job description my fren.It is incumbent upon the employer to ensure that their employee is safe from abuse and danger.
I believe the staff in KUL who was called "crazy" and "insane"by this uncultured Singaporean lady(who doesn't represent Singapore btw) has got a case.

I agree with this comment esp the one about SIA. This co. only think of bottom line and does care about the staff.That's why passengers dare to bully the staff.The unions are also useless for not protecting their members from the passengers' abuses.

what i understand is that there was an engine failure in one engine. the engineers were trying to fix it, hence the flight kept being delayed. all other airline flights were virtually full. the airline tried its best to accomodate, but if all other flights are full, what can you do?

the woman's reaction is completely unnecessary. her daughters and sons should be ashamed to have a mother like her.

No one should treat another person that way, unless they want to be treated that way. Reminded me of an incident at the library, this chinese lady (does look like the one in video) also shouted at a civil servant over why she should pay her fines when she was too busy to return her books. Luckily, the civil servant did not take action but smartly reminded her not to shout in the library and to pay her fines. Looks like not the first time, she tried shouting her way out. Face it lasy, this time is No No!
