Just heard that we lost our hotel contract in Fra,marriott,moving to Radisson,What the hell is going on with the choice party.We keep losing good hotels,looks like we are in deep shit.The botak,judah,told crew that they will be signing their CA in BKK,bunch of idiots who just want to enjoy at the expense of us.No updates on CA,only fighting,long flights,excuses,etc.I cannot tahan them anymore,I have resigned from the union,why should I pay $9 and let them screw me up.I hope cabin crew will follow as we have to send a strong message to NTUC that this bunch of ppl are useless.I rather spent $9 on 4D than to place my money with them.

Tony sng seems to be lost in his own world,if we keep losing good hotels for lower ones,whats going to happen to our LMA.Company will try to save MONEY on hotels but the union must try to come up with a solutions that will protect our LMA.Do something Tony,we voted you guys in,what the hell are you all doing.You are paid allowances by SIASU,stop doing all the long flights and concentrate on improving our working conditions and pay,dont be a peasant.

LMA is paid according to hotel menu prices. If crew are put up in cheaper hotels, there is no justification for high LMA rates. Hotel Meridien in Paris was used as a benchmark for hotel menu prices in Europe. So even though we stayed at lesser hotels in CPH, LON,Rom, etc. we still managed to maintain good LMA rates. Now, be prepared for less take home pay.

As far as we NOW know we voted a bunch of incapable JOKERS who have no sense of shames. They walk around and are oblivious to all the critics that are directed at them by crew. All of them act blur like sotong and they are all avoiding the crew.

In short, they heck care the crew. You die, your own problem. We just wish that they had shown this side of them during the election. We really really thought that they are serious in trying to make our life better. Now everything they say it is hard to get.

Hey ppl, I left year ago when my 1st line was couple of hundreds. My wife is a LSS now n her startig pay was... She is coming to her 4th circle...n she is still getting what she was paid almost 20 years ago. What company will treat their employees like f^*k.
Time for a change..just like PAP when they liste...

CC are not an ungrateful lot. choice people are.. they forgot who they are supposed to work for. Tony gets allowance as union president to compensate for loss of flights to do union work. Now he gets 3k extra on top of his long flights.

Now is a time for action. If the union don't work. Let us work harder to boot them out. Post these truths out on your FB pages

With Eddie,Ben or Alan,crew complained but at least we got something from them,what has the choice done for the last 5 mths,nothing.At least the heart ppl answer call and listen to the crew,this bunch of choice ppl just do long flights,wants promotion,women,money and power but not work.Again they compromised with the company for A380,only above 80 paxs then we get extra crew,they might as well agreed to full load,whats the differences,full load is 86.

put each of these grumblers on 20 flights... the multiplier effect will create rumour mongering to the highest.

Make sure whatever savings from moving to cheaper hotels are returned to crew as per formula agreed upon by Alan and management previously.

We will lose all the way thigs look.Then when lose blame last union not their inexperience in negotiation. Ca very clear hotel chosen in agreement with union so if union do not accept then company will not sign. So is the present union saying that management force them to take hotel when the Union did not agree to it!!!! Does not make any sense.

What used to be a great division to work in has become really shit.

The company on the whole is fine.

The division really sucks. I think the only department that seems to be a world of their own is training.
Happily cruising along with programmes and rank trainers.

I give up.

AND MOST RANK TRAINERS GET PROMOTED AND EXTENDED.

Rank trainers give their time to come back and teach in-house courses to crew. And I must say, they are cheap and good, as far as the company is concerned. So their efforts are recognised when promotion comes around. They do deserve it. There are some who grumble and complain all the time when they are not promoted. But once they are promoted, they become company spokemen. So "tan chiak". Even lost their conscience, sometimes. These people are the worst.

Balls carriers will mostly make it. Look at SEXY, a nobody and now a AM (asst manager). He can't even speak or write proper English but excellent at licking his bosses'arses. There is no meritocracy in cabin crew. Very sad indeed!

I HOPE Seth you are reading what they are saying about you.Its not a very good picture of your integrity as a person.God is all forgiving and its not too late to change and amend what you have done to cause these crew to say that about you.Remember what goes around,comes around and the longer its takes the harder it hits,that is went it comes back to you.SO repent.God Bless,we all make mistakes

These ranking trainers are paid everytime they go back to office and they applied for it. Unlike the old days, rank trainers were chosen by the CCEs.

ECA, those who attend are given points. Why the union allow it when it comes to promotion? What if no points aregiven to them? Do you think they will still sacrafice their time to play rank trainer, go overseas to build homes the 5C, play tennis....etc. C'mmom, no points given and will see the true person...

Stop these pactises union...
