Neighbourhood spat that went to trial

ONE party in a neighbourhood spat last year spurned mediation because the matter was serious and sought settlement in court.
As the two sides had different work schedules and mutually suitable court dates had to be found, the nine days of hearing stretched from September last year to April.
Both parties were supervisory-level Singapore Airlines (SIA) cabin crew who lived in different units in the same block in Upper East Coast Road. Click here to continue reading.
