Got this latest LMA figures (top table) from my source. I understand it's about 7% reduction across the board. The main reason for the decrease is that the LMA is "tied" to the hotel menu where the crew are staying. For example, a breakfast in Australia and New Zealand cost around S$53 and the crew is paid that amount. But if the airline downgrade the crew hotel to a cheaper one, naturally the breakfast on the menu would cost less than $53. This will result in the crew getting lesser than $53 for the breakfast allowance. A breakfast in a cheaper hotel could cost as low as $20 to $30.
The above is agreed on an interim basis from 1 Jan 2013 to 30 June 2013. After June, there will be another revised LMA which could either go up or down.
