Wendy Lim, a dedicated church worker was murdered in Cambodia on 30 April this year. She was in Cambodia as a relief principal of Hope International School to help the poor and the underprivileged children. The school was financed and built by Glad Tidings Church.
Fighting back tears, Wendy's husband Mr Paul Ng,delivered an emotional speech at a memorial service in Glad Tidings Church. He said: "Though the actions of those responsible will have legal consequences, I forgive them.
"There are those here who carry guilt feelings over what happened. It was a combination of things which went wrong that led to this. I want to say, I blame no one."
Incidentally, Wendy was the younger sister of SIA IFS Andy Lim.
My condolences to Wendy's family and may her soul RIP.
