Should have sought professional advice

He passed the cabin crew interview. Was so very happy but 2 weeks after the medical checks, the airline gave him a rejection letter. Subsequently, he applied for the same post 6 times but booted out at round 1. He is demoralized and emailed me for advice. What I can I say? He did something stupid in his declaration. If only he had attended my Talks, he would have gotten good advice and would now be flying as a steward for almost 1 year.
Another one, a lady who passed the interview. She was asked to go for a second medical check up regarding her spine. She paid for the second medical. Her doctor wrote something regarding her legs and if submitted to the airlines she would not be employed. Fortunately, she was my Talks participant and had my phone number. She called me from the clinic regarding the report. I asked her to inform her doctor that he should submit his report on the condition of her spine and not anything else. I asked her to tell her doctor the report will damage her chance of becoming a stewardess. The doctor tore the report and submitted one that stated her spine was fine. Now she is flying as a stewardess.
There was an Indonesian lady. She declared on her application something she should not have declared. She was rejected even she had passed her interview.

BT: At my Talks, I would usually advise my participants on things they should and should not declare on their application forms. I would even advise them how to conduct themselves when they've already got the job so as not to lose it. They are at liberty to contact me via sms, mobile phone, whatsapp and email and seek advice from me when are flying as a crew. In other words, if you were my Talks participants you are free to contact me for  help and advice if you get into trouble with your employers.
My Talks does not come with a "money back" guarantee but it comes with me as "your helpful friend for as long as I am still around" guarantee.

For those who do not want to subscribe to my Talks but come here and ask me for free advice and questions would not necessarily get good advice. There are certain things I cannot say online. I also want to be honest with you for there is no such thing as a "free lunch".

Oh mine you are so very blunt! But I do like your honesty. Nothing is for free in this world. But if things are given for free then one must be careful as to what is the agenda of the giver.

Its impossible that the doctor will ruin his own credibility by tearing up the report and instead, submitted another report stating that the patient's spine is fine, when it isn't.

Reply to Joanne.

The 2nd medical was supposed to be about her spine and not anything else. She paid out of her own pocket for the medical check up bills. The airlines did not ask for a report on her legs. Therefore, the girl explained to the doctor that if he submit a report about her leg (which was a minor thing really)she would be rejected as a stewardess. Hope you got it by now.

The doctor will not ruin his own credibility by just tearing up his report. He was paid by the wannabe to assess on her spinal condition and not on her legs.
