Singapore Airlines is still paying attractive dividends

Singapore Airlines is giving out a total of 0.46 cents in dividends for each share held
( 2013-2014). The share price as I type is S$10.56 cents. The yield is 4.0% which is quite good. Assuming if you've bought 1,000 shares at the current price it will pay you $460 in dividends.
The Net Asset Value is $11.26. Strictly speaking, it is under priced.

In my opinion, SIA would out performed many other airlines in terms of profits in the years to come.
Currently, it is not as profitable as say in 2010-2011 which was $1,092 million. However, over the longer terms, SIA will be as profitable as before.
It's dividend payout is more generous than most companies.

Boh Tong: My guess is SIA share price will surpass the S$12 mark by year end.

Bringing in other peoples parents also say much about you, doesn't it? Didn't your parents taught you not to bring in other people's parents during an argument? Talk on the facts not upbringing
