The flight left slightly late but in the end landed at Singapore on schedule. It was a bumpy 5 1/2 flight throughout. The service provided by the cabin crew was excellent. On this flight, the Inflight Supervisor (IFS) was visible in the economy cabin. I was pleasantly surprised to see a female Inflight Auditor (IA) on board.
The toilets were kept spotlessly clean. The cabin was well kept and the cabin temperature was a cool 24 C . The seat was comfortable and relatively spacious. Pax load was about 60% in the EY and 65% in the Business Class. There was no First Class configuration.
Lunch was served and there was a choice between "Sauteed Beef with Rosemary Sauce and Basil Butter" or the Japanese selection of the main course. I opted for the former which was delicious.
Haagan Dazs Ice cream was served at the end of lunch with either coffee or English/Japanese tea.
