Reply from CEO Scoot in today's Straits Times is an example of solid leadership. Someone had also written in to describe this incident as shameful. All these paxs were fully aware of what they were in for. Budget paxs behaving like full fare customers.

Even full fare service tickets cannot guarantee all departure and arrival timings. Anyone purchasing tickets are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions clearly printed. We have a capable CEO at Scoot.

Its not delay 3 hours hor. There was a total delay of 4 times, each time giving a different reason. Thats why exceed the legal limit. You can read shit times forum page for a detailed explaination from the ceo
