IFM`s appeal for reinstatement failed

The IFM in the molest case has lost his appeal. However, if he feels that his dismissal was unfair he can approach MOM for help.

Latest update:
The whole incident was not about molest,I was told. It was about outraging the stewardess`s modesty. Removing the ball point from her kebaya without her permission and the alleged rubbing of his hand against her "breast"  was deemed to have committed an act of outraging her modesty.
I also understand that an appeal will made to the MOM (Ministry of Manpower) to hear the case.

Didn't np predict that yesterday? What's there to appeal thru Mom woh. Push SIA further and they advised the FSS to make police report and make it a criminal case. Np is very sure the FSS and the witnesses will be more than happy to do so cos they know they will get brownie points for promotion.

In CI where it's crew VS crew or police report made. Chances are very slim of successful outcome. My batch boy aka the one who kena from the 8 was one of those. No chance at all as the witnesses add salt and pepper to accuse him of things he never do. In end Kena sacked.

The 8 victimise and fixed the one.Normally wont touch unionist etc,too strong.Fixed up and gang up the normal,in olden days 2 person testimony or whatever said doomed the peasant.Or the king says so and so.Justice and so on non existent.Evolved common law and equity etc.Victims Joan of Arc etc,Jean Valdean as in Les Miserable etc,in chinese Ah Q.Robin Hood came in against the Sheriff,and the Seven Samurai.Up to date Ravi,etc to defend the week and wronged.Now self help like Fundme and Appeal.Normally David against Goliath ,with some much funds and blocking procedures that eats so much money.Justice,true Justice comes from the church and place of worship.Outside,fake messiah and self interest,win brownie points to extend self for few more years,or auditors and manager.Cannot stab in the back.?Cannot be promoted and draw more money.Ultra Vires ? Not a usb but legal term beyond the scope.If cannot know the basis of basic,how to evaluate and interpret the SOP and check on crew.Many unmeasurable work procedures cannot be slotted in this or that.How to access crew ?Can be fought but takes time and resources to win.

Novel defense of relieving the ball point from hurting her whatever.Unless there is SOP on parking of working material then SOP to say no ballpoint to be slotted there.Kerbaya to be redesign to have holster for pen etc.Definitely cannot say do not share writing material while at work.FSS be deem no work sense on work.Or pax got arms sheared off but airlarda after turbulense.So borrow bra to stop arms bleeding to death.Can or not.?Extraordinary situation requires breaking all norms.Still can save the job of IFM.

He can approach MoM for help to negotiate for resignation,
instead of termination. Save some face, and still get his
deserved bonus which is performance prior to incident.

If he does not do that, then his bonus will vapourise.
Should have just resigned. Now, have to to and fro MoM, as
SQ will not speak to him directly. ( very atas you know.. you no longer
employee... heck care you! )

Anyway, after a few weeks, he will get a letter from SQ.
This letter will allow him to pass the security at STC, just to
return all SQ properties... manuals, SEP manuals..keys..
If he does not do that, he will not receive his last paycheck.

Move on dear tennis pro.

It's not about borrowing a pen. Get your facts right. He molested a crew and it was witnessed and given a fair trial

I heard a crew was sacked for drinking in front of Pax and other crew also. So why did mgt believe he would be dumb enough to do that also in front of Pax and crew?

Doubt its a fair trial.No lawyers present and doubtfull evidence.Case of revenge or penned up being used as a sex object by ads and pax and no respect in general by public.More a hearing by interested parties,of wolfs and lamb to the slaughter,everybody think can get extended and move one rank up.If history is any guide Shiok Boy finger Ravipal in drinking case.Not that he did not,but motive is revenge and get even.In the first place who think they are creme de la creme and promoted to IFM ?Who created such systems that IFM loses their mind and lapses?Working condition conducive to mental health ?Can use defense of not helpfull working practice.Who created the condition and practice ?How many were bypass,much senior and 16 years still no promo.Union is complicite and allows such by promoting their own.Who created frankenstein and then destroy in the name of a pen.?In the end to each his own,watch your back for the backstab,from any direction and any one.CC culture ?Should stop destroying lives and the welcoming statement by retirees in the worst taste like some Dracula Invite.Then become molester on mrt in Yishun as if Sin lack drama and tragedy.Should export these skills overseas to bolehland or Indieland,they can make a movies and steal money in your face.

Inquiries within a company are to satisfy Union and Labour "best practices"
The investigation will reveal facts etc but these are not admissible in a court
of law.

Its just a process to give the victim and the accused some sense of protocol.
In SQ, the female ( mind you, there are very, very few cases of office females accusing male co workers..) crew reigns supreme. Any behaviour that revolves around sex, will attract management interest and the conclusion is 99.9% termination. The Union will preach false hope to the accused though. They see it as a good opportunity to assign some green horn unionist to "observe" the Inquiry. Not a word will be uttered by them.

All male crew ( cabin or tech ) are vulnerable to being accused of sexual misconduct.
Its a biological trait for all males to see, feel, attracted. SQ should employ all female cabin crew and perhaps some gay male crew... but not heterosexuals.

Borrow the pen ,then a twirl and finger gymnastic at the same time.Unless the effects is cause by the plane sudden tremors,not much in the defense,but more like temporary loss of sense.Taken medication can help but mental evaluation.A pilot who refused to land was grounded long time ago,but then current mood on such cases not good for the perp.Black or bleak Christmas ahead,sad to say.In US million dollars payout to silence but here,peanuts .
