IFM on Co's Inquiry

The Inflight Manager (IFM) who was alleged to have smuggled gold items into India has been back in SG. He was not charged for smuggling as he had paid duty on the items.
There is absolutely no case against him but SIA is putting him on the Company's Inquiry for absent without official leave or AWOL (I may be wrong). Let's hope SIA will give him a chance as he is a good employee and a nice guy.

All CI never ends well for any employee.

Its just to satisfy the Employment Act that a hearing
was conducted.
But it also requires resources and time.

Therefore, behind the scenes, the play has already been
written, directed and the ending too.

Good luck.
