Amazingly, my afternoon blood pressure which is usually 146/94 (thereabout)dropped to 120+/70+ after eating some Jack fruits. I have experimented eating them in the evening and my BP would dropped to 110+/70+. I have been eating this fruit for about 2 months averaging about 10 pieces each time. At the same time my pulse rate would be down to 60+ (above meter showing 65).
My age is 65 and even with a BP of 140/90 it is considered ok. Of course with the reading of 120+/70+ it is even better (considered the normal BP for a young man).
