Above was the email from the Japanese cabin crew wannabe who passed all the stages of cabin crew interview in Singapore only to be rejected by a lower graded Japanese supervisor. Para 3 of the email is the main issue. Why is there a difference between what SIA Singapore is looking for and Japan?? No consistency and poor management are the main causes.

Shame on you SIA
A weak management will allow this sort of thing to happen.
This is appalling coming from a world class airline.
What is SQ cc management up to? Invite candidates from foreign countries to attend the interview, passed them and later booted them out.
Isn't a waste of people's time and money?
