Lesbian crew includes very senior stewardesses as well as the junior stewardesses. In fact, there were a few among our ex colleagues, the CCEs. Because society frowns upon them, the lesbian crew feel discriminated.
Lesbianism is neither a mental nor physical illness. It is the way a minority expresses love and affection towards the same sex. It is also not a matter of choice to be a lesbian. It is a sexual orientation that could possibly be in a person even before birth. Therefore, one should understand and accept lesbianism as something "natural" and not offensive.
Most of the lesbian crew are "closet" in nature. They don't want people to know about their sexuality. Male crew could not tell the difference between a lesbian stewardess and a "straight" stewardess if they do not make any sexual advances toward them. However, if they do, they will straight away know.
Lesbian are naturally cold, sexually speaking towards the heterosexual stewards. They will confine themselves to their type. But if they spot the slightest tendency towards lesbianism in a new stewardess, they will make advances.
A trainee stewardess in my class once told me she was "detained" by a female supervisor after the pre-flight briefing in the room alone with her. The supervisor touched the newbie's face and hands and compliment her for her nice complexion. The stewardess told me it was weird and she had goose bumps. She sensed the supervisor wanted to "recruited" her.
Another newbie was "recruited" by a lesbian supervisor from day one of her flying career. She was stunning and to the stewards it was really a "waste".
The lesbian crew can be fiercely jealous and protective over her lover if someone tries to win her over. They can be bitchy too.
In my estimation, about 2 % or around 140 of the crew are lesbians. There are more gay than lesbian crew.
There is actually not much we knew of the lesbian crew. Like I said they are mostly closet lesbians and very secretive by nature.

Sorry no comment on the above.
Bohtong please don't blog about this type of subject. It makes me feel eerie.
Ok Pussy Cat this will be my last time on this subject.
What so eerie. When I was in University in Canada more than 20years back already have Lesbians & Gay Club. Only difference they are attracted to people of the same sex. Like you are attracted to sexy opposite sex.
i heard that more than half of the stewards are gay.
How about many Bisexual steward even the married one?
When I was a junior gay crew, so many bisexual crew tried me but unfortunately I am "SPG"
how about lesbian crew to the passengers onboard? is there any case? hope bohtong will share some.
Not true la. I would say about 10% only at most. 20% are bi-sexual.
Ok ok i have a few stories to tell. Will blog about them soon.
thank you. shall look forward to your stories.
How about the lesbian crews who wants to be open about their sexuality? Will they still have friends or be discriminated you think?
Any updated stories on this? Appreciate it with thanks
Hi Boh Tong, do you have any more stories on this topic? You havent been posting about this topic for years! Thank you.
Ok la will some research and talk more about this subject.
Boh tong, what do you mean when u say if male stewards make sexually behavior toward the lesbian stewardesses, they will know right away?
It is because the lesbians are not interested in male and are cold towards
them. Therefore if you are a male you would feel it.
What do mean by recruit? Like the lesbian ifm keeps the junior one as her girlfriend?
