Nothing against the IFS, I heard the pax he upgraded behave like a JCL pax, ask this ask that, if I am the crew serving I also dulan. Actually you wanna upgrade how many pax also not our daiji, but when the pax behave like papaya, hell will break lose. I dont like to hear all these between crew and I hope the IFS gets his due gratuity for his efforts over the years, but I know coy will take this chance to get rid of him, sad.

They promote people so that they can demote or sack... so funny HR practice

They hire and groom young crew ( girls ) to spy & report about happennings on board & outstations... much like ISD.. I think all the CCE can find 2nd job with police... very experienced in grooming informants... cost free some more!

This sounds like the days of team flying. In certain teams, there was always a "FIRST LADY." HR ONLY FIRE THOSE WHO HAVE STEPPED OUT OF LINE.

HR takes guidance from CC division, becos too many cc and so many variables.

If CC say sack, then its Sack!
If CC say demote, then its demote!
If CC say warning, then so be it.

HR just complete the formalities.

After all, who does the interviews?
CC or HR?

Dont be blinkered.. know how the strings are connected.
