Unfair to complain against the crew

After giving the extra and special service, there is no reason to complain. Well you may say the crew should not ask for feedback knowing they will get a pat on the back for the extra service rendered. I see no harm in seeking feedback. Feedback may be about the cake, wine etc that was extended and not necessarily about the crew. My take is that the passenger was just being unfair to the crew.
