BT,it should be good if the different department,or areas under charge of the Unionist be spelled out for clear understanding,in event of studies of expertise can be commented.

For the equivalent sections of CC,there should be a counter part to run through to see whether its workable or feasible.Most AM,tries to please their master's voice by over doing,to score points,or so so SOP,like sideway airlada stowage in FC,or counting soup bowls in JC service,in the name of upgrading service.Tedious and long winded procedures were put up,Siasu need to despatch such ideas to death,to prevent CC fatigues.Previous case of IFM were dismissed due to malevolent grips,include mad max,and black cobra.To show the mark of a Lion,donations by all can be accepted,or funds raised for legal service.Siasu or its members will be tested again and again,retaining their professional help to navigate the legal minefield for some case,as can be seen im previous cases of IFM.Having some teeth and claws should help to ensure security and tenure for crews,in the end funds can be raised,or donated for the welfares.There are many in CC,who were gratefull for Siasu services,and many were then left successful,they are more than willing.Siasu should grow from a management puppy to a guard dog,Doraisamy would have been proud,Siasu is Crew.

Please, never ever contribute ideas about service or rostering or hotels.

Unless it does not matter if you get credited or not. It will never be weighed for promotions, extensions or DI or CIs...
But if your idea is a good one, it will be adopted, repackaged and implemented by a CCE or Manager, who will stake claim to it. ( and get rewarded too )

Management has stolen ideas historically and will steal again.

Get Stiff in Action,or in short GSIA,was probably one silly schemes, by brain dead AM,with equally dried up head,headed to evaluate many thoughtful schemes to increase productivity, but their rejections of why your ideas does not work,is more like protecting their rice bowl,thus management should put d ,for appraisal for those who do not rejuvenate or uplift services ,in their areas.Sure,they will scramble to accept instead of throwing more new ideas for improvement.Their reasons for rejections, more stupid, it will never make CC great again,thus one gets turned off.Another was infatuated with the logos of the yellow birds is there,more than all other points of minor suggestions.Stuck in their old ways,until the LC Airlines comes. Thus the over paid,stuck in the bog was thrown out by Lim KW, who raise KPI by millions by using bump up IFM.it leads to undertrained Ward Leaders, the rise of Stony,etc,and needed ufs to counteract. Thus,conflicts leads to more cases,the Case of the Eight,etc.More twist and turn like Fried,Iced,Paralyze in CC,including kicking the body into hole dug.CC need to rise again, be great again under Alan Tan,or more stories to tell.
