From the video, you can see that people in SG are still not obeying the rules like social distancing and stay home. Many are still in shopping malls (this one is Waterway, I think) doing what they used to do during normal time. No wonder, the virus is still not under control!

I think the guy in green shouting is a Grab delivery man. He must have
very angry with the sales people selling something.
