I don't know what is the outcome of the CSS's complaint against her IFM and the 3 pilots regarding allegation of bullying etc.
My opinion is the pilots and IFM would have been asked to submit their testimonies. The result will be no one is guilty and case closed! What do you think?
They wont touch the pilots unless its serious criminal offences eg rape or molest. Pilots + ifs vs 1 css= 3-0 score. Same as 8 vs 1=8-0.

2.Css acting beyond the scope,then IFM can act.
3.Need to clarify if the details are correct.
4.Cockpit crews are no legal trained,so right from wrong,left to right, they are not judge of their actions, meaning could be against the rules.No men can be judged of their own causes.
5.Either way,it doesn't look good for the IFM
If this is for the view of the PPS,then the infamous Queenie, queen of past complaint dept needs to be noted.Her actions,were mainly to appease the pace,noted else.Include forsaking the rights of the crews concerned,and 100% one sided.Can be far from the truth,and as DT said fake news creator, suitable for MediaCorp.Such than Queenie became noted by IFS and all.So to handle her,tell nothing,not incriminate self.Less said better.Never confess, even if you are wrong.Someone handle her queries by faking,I am driving, cannot talk.Dont take phone on off days.,and therefore no connection not evidence.In this case,as the previous writer mentioned,the scores lopsided,so if you are PPS, queries about the cases,the resolution and outcome.One might even decline patronages,fed lies and mistreat crew.The outcome would be highly unfavorable to the lone party.Let us informed all that we are watching,the media is King!
