Do you think the 2 comments are fair or not?

This is exactly the sort of wife and mother someone gets from a stewardess! I can give you many examples of how a stewardess mum/wife behaves.

I think she gave him up because she was not ready to be a mother at such a young age.Plus the nature of her work did not help either.

She should still make the effort to reach out to him......not unless she already has a family of her own but did not tell them about the baby she gave up.

Worst case scenario is that she is not alive anymore or is in some nursing home suffering from dementia.

Finally the truth is out

I have always wondered how did a former stewardess (an ex trainee of mine) died. Pam,(not her real name) as many of the crew speculated, died from some kind of sicknesses. However, I "met" a batch girl of Pam's (Jane) in TikTok yesterday and was told the real story.

According to Jane, Pam died in a prison. But why in prison?

She was in prison because she went berserk after drinking alcohol and swallowing sleeping pills. The police was called, came and handcuffed her. Pam's story was a sad one right from her birth.

Before Pam could even learned how to suck her mother's breast, she was abandoned! Her adopted parents found her near a drain. They took Pam in and brought her up as their daughter. Somehow, Pam learned about her childhood and adoption story. She was a pretty but rather quiet stewardess. We liked her a lot. Her childhood memories kept haunting her and she started drinking alcohol. Some of the crew borrowed money from her and never returned. Pam was not only sweet and pretty but kind too!

While Jane was relating the story over WhatsApp I could feel that she was holding back her tears. Jane was like a sister to Pam.

I was told Pam died the day she was put in prison. She died with the handcuff on her wrist!

This article is a tribute to our sweet and kind Pam. I believe God took her because he didn't want her to go on suffering in this world.

Met a former crew

I met him in a Singapore mall and he did not changed much even though he is in his early 70s. We exchanged greetings and spoke for a little while. I don't want to engage in a long conversation with him because I do not particularly like him. The reason is because after all these years I still remember him not giving a cent to a poor guy who needed money very badly. Let's call this crew V.

V had just won about 20k from a casino. When a poor passerby begged him for a few $$, V brushed him off. However to cut a long story short, V went to buy some expensive jewelries and later found out the jewelries was worth only a few hundred $$. V paid 10k for the fake stuff. Serves him right because he refused to help a poor fellow being and then got swindled thousands of $$.

So what is the moral of the story??

Fishing Pier in Wakamatsu Fukuoka Japan 【北九州街歩き】脇田海釣り桟橋 #fishingpier

About 2 years ago I fished from this jetty which is a 20 minute
drive from my home. I did catch a couple of fishes which are
not big. I remember I once caught 5 small to medium size
groupers. I was surprised to find out that groupers are expensive
here in Japan too. A small one weighing about 200 grams cost
S$4 in the supermarket. We deep fried the groupers and they tasted excellent.
This time was too cold to fish as you can see from the video how
choppy the sea was.
I prefer deep sea fishing but it can be costly here. I joined
my neighbors a few times and each time it was about S$150 each.
Perhaps, I will go deep sea fishing again during the warmer months.

BBQ in my Fukuoka House, Japan

We are fortunate to live in a 3 bedroom house with a small garden in Fukuoka, Japan. In Singapore we can't afford such "luxury" as it is too expensive to own a landed property. Join me for a small BBQ in our garden

Japan govt subsidized rental apartments in Kitakyushu Fukuoka 【素敵な市営住宅】

These rental apartments are subsidized by the government for the lower income Japanese. They look like the HUDC and EA in Singapore. Unlike the HUDC and EA, these apartments are not for sale. Monthly rental is from JPY6,000 to JPY 60,000 (SG$55 to $550) depending on income etc. The apartments are quite huge (130 sq m).
Enjoy the video.
