According to news report the above period will be from 3 April to 16 April. The reasons were due a transit passenger tested positive for Covid19 on arrival from Singapore and 3 others whose health documents were not in order.
In my opinion, it is unfair as the transit passenger was tested negative before departure. As for the other 3 whose health documents were not in order, it is fair that SIA is partly to blame but not to the extent of a 2 week suspension.

Loopholes, slippages will happen especially when running from pandemics laden areas.Just to survive, white lies and fake and less complete documentations.Still no final agreements on quarantine steps etc,so escape death, but face legal action, must less then death, every breath one takes.Cant blame them, carrier penalties least problems, local infection spreads the worst case scenatios.God help us all,in Covid times.
