Agreed with the above comment.Spitting,slapping,punching,slamming the cc with their PPS cards are common occurrences. We are being treated worst than that poodle because no one protested against the ill treatment.
Ask the stupid man to stand on his toes on one leg and punish him if can't.
To the cabin crew who have been bullied by PPS : just one ear in and one ear out, then come to boh tong's web site and vent your frustration. At the end of the day, you still get your pay, unlike this poor poodle.

Its worse when the Complaint section totally believe wholesale the sob story from Pp card holder.They knew that it will be look into.So they call you on the phone ,playing sympathetic card ,and turn on the words you presented,as if the pax comments the whole truth,and cash offers,apologise to pax and chocolates,to cater to their ego,inflated to the max,kind of,before covid.Gradually words got around her acts,how to handle it,the IFS handle it well,I simply terminate the call by saying I was driving.Qweeni Woon did not stayed long after that.Expect to sacrifice rights,wrongly accused,guilty until proven right etc in CC,not good for mental health when wrong is right,and the Gestapo playing goose stepping on your career.Wondering why karma,good wishes,prayers lacking from cc ?Karma is a bitch,and the variants evolves and its seem to be in for the long haul.Simply put covid and the air that one's breath will never be compatable,it wont go away,especially on board,hitting vtl and all.May they be forgiven,for they know not what they had done.
