Helping a foreign stewardess in trouble

She was a foreigner and had bought my e-guide for cc wannabe after which she was successful at the SIA cc interview. While she was working in Singapore, she was arrested for theft. I bailed her out. To cut a long story short she was charged in court and fined $2,000.
Her parents were grateful to me for helping their daughter. As you can see I am not only helping people get into the airlines but look after their welfare.
Below is part of an email her father sent me.

Hi Boh Tong

If CC layover at outstation in the US i.e. NYC or LA, will SIA give separate travel allowance to shop, sightseeing and many others while not using salary?

Thanks

No SIA will not give more allowances.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Thats stingy on SIA. SG cost of living is already high and CC need more money esp when intend to marry and subsequently have family.

Maybe, BT, you can help to persuade SIASU to fight for separate additional allowance for CC to enjoy themselves during nightstops?

That way, turnover wont be bad like nowadays.

Hope you help CC welfare in any way you can.

Yes the union is fighting for more money for the crew but unlikely it will succeed as the airline is still losing money.

How do you know about SQ losing money? You heard from the horse mouth?

I think besides providing allowances for shopping, sightseeing and etc. Also, shud do for marriage dinner, take care of yr family, pets and parents in law also..just to name a few. How about that?.

If you're unemployed for 2 years and dig into your savings until have to get support from your parents to stay afloat.
I think that is justified as losing money in general.

Hi Boh Tong

Have you seen a video of a ex-SQ CC Sheau Qian on her disclosure of what passengers can and cant ask for during flight?

Do you think its acceptable? This will cause current CC to work harder after that video as passengers will take advantage of CC to ask for bailey or cup noodle or whatever...

It is ok for the crew to work harder. Sheau Qian has the freedom of speech and it will be wrong of her if she stated anything that is untrue.

BT

I find your opinion insensitive to CC to work harder where their layovers, overall pay reduced and morale at all-time low.

Sheau Qian opinion can make CC fraternity frustrated with already overworked crew.

Also, for each plane, how many IFS are there?
