EKIBEN, TRAIN STATION LUNCH BOXES, JAPAN
Since residing in Japan, I have learned a little about the Japanese culture and its people. The above lunch boxes sold at train stations are a fascination to me. Therefore, I like to share it with you.
Wow, u won't be able to get this standard of a meal other than in Japan itself. U been lucky in your life dude to be retiring in Japan. The food looks so appetizing and yummy right thru & thru.
Thank you for your nice comment Sunny. Yes I count myself lucky to be retiring in a great place like Japan. You are right the food standard in Japan is good. However, I still love the spicy food in SG which is lacking here. Once in a while I will crave and miss SG food like laksa, Hokkien mee etc. Will return to SG once the pandemic is declared officially over.

Haha, u are a still a true blue Singaporean. Somehow after growing up in a country, after a certain time we would crave for local delights.
You are absolutely right Sunny! It's nothing like having the food you have grown up with :)
