Similarly to what happened to me.One Jkt-Sin flight j class pax claims no drink orders for all j class pax,and also toilet roll not prepared 'veed'.This was becaue it was supplied as such,toilet roll contraption undersized.Flight time total of 1.15 ,include take off and pre landing drill.If all j class were to be asked and given drinks, the pilot had to fly 2 hours longer to accomodate our overpromised and entitled pax.Yet ,the ward leader, complaince and complain dept still sent a letter as per a complain by the Jewish sounding named pax !Just as I thought,the ward leader was on auto-mode,mindlessly sending letter(on pain of deduction for promotion) to justify their annual kpi.Once I photcopy 2 same warning letter back to the ward leader mentioning the same incident,suggesting twice the warning or twice the incident.When they got retrench golden handshake or whatever,no one gives a dammed,a sighs of relief.Some deserve it,some dont.They moral of it ,just it can fail in moral or righteous pit ,if wrong apologise and wronged fight to the max,your family depends on you,dont be a walkover.
