The most important Person I've met as a cabin crew
Had I still be with SIA, this year would have been my 55th. Unfortunately, I was with it for 35 years. However, I am truly happy even though it was only 35 years. Throughout my career as a cabin crew, I have met important people like Emperor Selassie of Ethiopia, Lee Kuan Yew, Tun Razak the father of Najib Razak, former Singapore Chief Minister David Marshall and many others. I also "met" my personal Savior the good Lord Jesus Christ which I considered the most important of all. I came to know about Jesus from one of the cabin crew. This was and still is the greatest moment of all when I heard about Him, accepted Him as my Savior and baptized according to Acts 2:38. Praise His Wonderful name!

On this Blog my greatest achieve,
Shed not a tears ,and never grieve.

Emperor and the greatest mind ,in Awe I stood ,whose fingers wagged Another life in knife edge,live or die.
Those man of honours who single handedly,change the nation course.

As I I look to beyond, what is set ahead.
A wish that I should,my soul ascend.

Recently SQ posted huge profit yet received bad comments on its paperware usage for its inflight meals in the name of sustainability and going green. Others deemed it as SQ cost cutting.
Whats your take?
Has SQ slowing becoming a shadow of its former self and its their cost cutting at all cost worth it?
SQ is a big establishment and it wants to be seen as doing its part in making the environment conducive for living. At the same time this may be an opportunity to cut cost.
Oh River Jordan ,Oh Holy River.
It's where I yearn to be.
The journey is near the destination.
A lifelong journey of trial and tribulation.
Serving well my fellow man in the way of Christ.
I had seen the world and more.
And most of all, I wish to be,
Nearer to Thee.
Where the little raindrop falls down the mountain side.
Then form into stream that flows strongly.
By the Sea of Galilee,
And empties into the Dead Sea.
And many were baptised long time ago.
By the Sepulchre nearby,in the shallow water.
Repented and to wash the sins away.
By the water of River Jordan,reborn anew.
Thus,as the Bible said.
On River Jordan,when Prophet John first anoint our Lord Jesus Christ.
And many more Believers since then.
And the Rocks on the River , still stands.
For the twelve tribes of the land.
Deliverance from slavery into the Promised land.
The greatest story ever told.
In front one stood humbled,biblical event unfold.
The names rattled,like Moses and Joshua, fleeing by the parting of the Red Sea.
And on the rocks in the desert,struck a water when there were none.
And the fishs from the river to feed everyone.
And on the nearby Mountain, barren and bare.
Stood an onimous scraggy tree.
Whence Judas hanged himself in remorse.
For betrayal only for pieces of gold.
The greatest story ever told.
The last supper of wine and bread.
Its all foretold, behold all acts just like a playbook.
Its a biblical tour de force for everyone.
The best Holydays one can take.
For the greatest tours of one's life.
In the holiest place on earth.Amen.
One must have forgotten the ground zero of Covid here.It was introduced by a tour group from Wuhan,running away from a so called pandemic,but to the Commissar,cannot be named,dammed iy you do,dammed if you dont in totally mediamuzzled country in the world.Air travel was the only exit possible,and Sin welcomes them in,without any conditions.On hindsight we were ill prepared due to the noveau virus.Everyflight into virus prevalent areas,with 100 % contaimination free include the clothing,the bodily fluid and the air that they breathe.Autoclave and heat treatments work on small items,not the whole hordes of tourists,infected or not. SO the common medium of food trays,cutlerys when not fully rinse,decontaminated are dangerous vectors of transmission.Throwaway,and use once cutlery blocks transmission,cost effective and the best choices,that should be a premium for covids consudering the billions spend on anti covid measures by the state.Whether its a cost cutting ,shadow, etc is a matter of opinions,covid killed,try to tell that to those that passed.Try to wise up before it kills through cutlery of infected patients to you.
