SIA is not only customer service oriented but internally it is also extremely helpful towards its own retired staff like myself and others. Take for example when I needed assistance to get my tickets from the staff travel dept and travel advice, the staff are always there to help. Besides,they are also prompt in attending to us. Thank you very much to the staff in the travel dept!

SQ is a company good excellent service culture and sometimes better than the Japanese companies
But recently SIA has a lot of negative comments in regards to it's customer service /some recruitment staff were not pleasant. Correct me if I'm wrong.
