The statement is quite correct as I have heard that an assistant (DVP) is now in cabin crew to oversea the day to day running of the division.
As you know that TPT is ill and is still on long medical leave.

My apologies if I did not know of his weaknesses.But at certain time,really they did not know what they had done.His KPI and his good deeds were entirely separate,so I shall pray for his recovery,to be able to make amends,rather than to be unable to repent.The usual,the devil made him do it, apply,in the court of justice,or in the Court of Inflight service,to be No 1.Collateral damage,as they said.
In any business, as an ordinary employee,
the good deeds, beyond your scope, will be forgotten.
Maybe your immediate colleagues will remember.
For the higher ranking employees, the management,
the salary commensurates with the scope and anything
beyond that is entirely up to you.
But those too will be forgotten.
What will be a lasting is the structural changes
made that affected the entire system.
Cabin crew is basically a human resource department.
Any structural change did not happen.
