Should it be made compulsory for crew to be vaccinated?

SIA may make it compulsory for all its crew to be vaccinated against Covid19 when  it becomes available. It is a good move and will give passengers great confidence. However, according to some crew whom I spoke to it should be offered on a voluntary basis. Let's wait for further news from the cabin crew svp. I was also told that he may set the example by becoming the first one in cabin crew to get the first shot of the vaccine.

Frontliner need protection more then managers.Frankly, need to revamp service procedures, for their own good, and for the nation.Current sop, procedures, toilet clean after every use, tray in,out cups need to be one way,etc to refuse carts placed on midpoint.Covid free papers to be verfied 3 days before flight.Sure,it will kill locust airline,anyway,3/4 full for profitability, every flight seems to be loss leaders, recentcy exercise for crew.Imo,the worse traffic seems to be uk,usa, india, where infections runs wild.Tt tag for 2 weeks on arrival for all, hopefully more procedures, updated, and if proven, should be good for the nation.Plus lots of ulvc sanitisers on toilets, and persecutions on sin laws for not following procedures, its a new world orders, before disease X appears.Chatters on how to bypass fake covid papers, countries of origin etc DXB,need to be taken as best infos, and stop being importer of covid hub, since it cost billions to remedy.just my opinion.

until all members of board of directors have taken them to boost share holders
confidence, nobody should be forced to take any vaccination.

they just need to hint to you that flights will be assigned to those who had been vacinated.
they can either do it openly by coming out in black and white or subtly by hinting or using those politically correct words or dont even need to say anything by assigning those obedient sheeps for flights only.
when they do this, all of you will jjst gwai gwai Q and get vacinated.

Its an unspoken rule...a gray area...
Crew who are vaccinated will continue to be rostered for flights.
Those who are not vaccinated will not be rostered and may be eventually ask to self resign and/or contract not renewed.

People who are in Transport, Logistic, Tourism, hospitality, Medical, etc frontliners jobs are to be vaccinated as targeted by MOH/Govt.
