Unvaccinated crew is going to face a tough time

What will happen to the few dozens unvaccinated crew who were redeployed to office job? These crew chose not to be vaccinated and were prepared to be redeployed but not resignation from the airlines. However, from January 1 next year, employers are allowed to sack unvaccinated staff if their job does not require them to work from home. The rationale is unvaccinated staff may infect their colleagues with Covid-19 if allowed to work in the office.

Any comment?

For recorded worldwide, vaccinated can spread the virus, even breakthru infection.Current mortality, seems to be vaccinated can be stricken especially underlying condition. They have a choice of other vaccines instead of Phizer.Overseas non vaccinated steadfast refuse to bulge, frontliner etc even though can lose jobs. These cases can go thru the court by the time the cure is found and reinstead and back pay,it cuts both way.Normally those child bearing can defy, otherwise if it affects fertility or gene, one can chose to wait out if vaxxed need monitoring in future. Its a choice between jobs, family,or family lineage.Take your pick.Current Delta plus, variant of interest by WHO,or jab, hard rock and deep blue sea.Pity the current situation, let us pray for the best and be guided by the light.

No la, the main reason is that the unvaccinated are more vulnerable. It is like going to war without armour. So these unvaccinated are likely to get severe illness compared to the vaccinated and occupy more hospital beds especially critical care. So everyone is strongly encouraged to vaccinate to reduce the above scenario.
