To publish comment or not is the sole discretion of the blogger
Please note that any comment that is meant to mislead the readers, cabin crew wannabes, members of the public will not be published.
Any hate speech directed against anyone or institution etc will not be published. In addition, stupid, incoherent and comment not relevant or related to the post will also not be published.

Didn't you say you support freedom of speech earlier in blog as long backed by evidence?
There are statements made by commenters about the cons of being CC yet they were published because its a undeniable fact which you, BT couldn't discount.
Hope youre more open minded and allow freedom to take place in this blog then to restrict it just like PAP.
Let me be the Devil's advocate and comment on 2 issues posted by BT, namely:-
1. Freedom of speech 2. BT, being an ex-RI boy, should see better days.
On the first issue (Freedom of speech), I would say that, and as far as I know, there is no absolute freedom of speech. There is bound to be some censorship, either by the person disclosing any issue and inviting comments OR by authorities. And there are various reasons, rightly or wrongly. In the current situation, a poster is lamenting that BT does a bit of censorship following BT's comment that "To publish comment or not is the sole discretion of the blogger" Both points have their own merits, depending on how you look at it. Moving forward, perhaps one way out of this is for BT to place such a reservation at a visibile spot in his blog so that any poster is aware of it and, if he or she disagree, can take the comments elsewhere. In short, nip the problem at bud.
On the second issue about BT being in a better place because he was an RI boy, we have to look at it from the following situations:-
1. I had earlier posted my comment that it does not mean that all RI boys would be in top management poisitions. There are also many CEOs and top management staff who were from neighbourhood schools and did not graduate from any prestiguous university. 2. Many former RI students, even in top management positions, had to report to non-RI student who is the CEO. At my workplace, a colleague from RI had a boss who was from Anderson JC.
The 2 reasons above clearly shows that, being in RI, is not an automatic route to the top and the reasons varies - for example, there are some who might take up a position out of interest, some who had no opportunity, some who does want to take on a stressful job, etc.etc and the list goes on.
I won't go into the reasons why BT chose to be a cabin crew and not seek a management position, as I am sure someone will still stick to his opinated stand. He chose that route and who are we to say he did right or wrong?
I am also sure not all will agree with me. But remember - freedom of speech.
Not all from RI destined for top job here.I was from Tanjong Katong.Does it meant destined to be pm designate ?Kishore was my classmate,as Dr Kirpal and many other.Having done well financially does not automatically meant destined for ministerial post,as seen by world standard,polls popularity and charisma may win or not votes as Reagan,Trump,Putin,Xi shows.just manipulation of rules and constitution blitkreg adverts to drown out other,maybe elimination of rivals by all means like past in Phillipine.However we get what we voted for,and live it.Regrets and many other causes,were partly the choices made majority ,rightly or wrongly.Its call voting,democracy enshrine by the words Men are born free.In real live not.They just gather in blogs to speak out here before they can't.Big Brother watching .
Agree, but there will be that poster who will single BT out to say he should be in a better position and also run down CC. Let's see if he will continue.
Its irrational and not in our educational and job sectors for such ideas,that RI shall rule sin.As parents and those not RI alumni,we should debunk such notions.It does not help in nation building and steps to end such include voting and other measures.Its like DT declaring himself his election stolen, no action in Congress to tell the truth.His funds raise is hundred of million ,good for 2024 campaign.Similarly,if RI,the elitist mindset,other school disregarded,its the fault of the present generation who fail to spot the danger.The colonist mindset,subjugating people,races,nation should be banish from our generation,thru blood sweat and tears,before some charismatic arise to expose superior race eugenics,like some far right group gather strength and grouping.By showing concern here, such mindset would be a minority,and eliminated.One should be far sighted,into the future,issues that populist might exploit,next to religious zealots,my religion is superior to yours.Jmo.
One should not move on on such topics as elitist school mindset.Over time it will become institutionised and de facto,by default the rule.One,having travel the world,having seen the leftwing,rightwing pressure group,certain race,attribute etc blue eye and blonde hair,the sole inheritance of earth.All other have to be decimated,deprive,sidelined and driven to extinction by hook or crook.Not possible?Human are the the probable and proven by history to genocide,witness balkan and eastern european timeline ,just like the Viking.Missile,bomb created to damage,much more efficent than Genghis Khan.Change name to Put-in,and the special ops,etc wa-cum tourist hotspot,summer vacation.Return flight ticket not needed holiday of lifetime really,described by conscript as r and r,a blast says another.
Menu list for the R n R ,in Ukraine consist of lovely US cake Bombe Alaska.May need metal detector and sapper experience.Dessert or poisson as the French call it include Snow White apple. Return fare include side trip via Belarus a quiet ride,to chill out.If ranked include package tour,in cargo.A tour like no other,out of the normal tourist track ,Put-In Special Tour,within special ops tour.Book online for special offer,one would not refuse.
