We cannot rule out that the ex steward who is suing SIA for negligent can't win the case. The reason I say this is because the children of a couple who was killed on SQ006 in 2000 sued SIA and won the case. The sum awarded was US$15 million. So let's see whether the ex steward can win.

Of course. But what is the probability of apnn GS winning? Its akin to saying the famous bayi SC doesnt win all his cases, or someone falling from level 30 wont die. What are the probabilities of the LS who was framed to reopen his case, and win with fill restituition? I woild say the LS case is close to 0. There will be some examples on both sides to support your argument but what are the probabilties.
Political and normal court cases are different as night from day.Plus judge no jury system,a different kettle of fish for any cases in Court of law.One need to live with it,till the citizens,sufficiently educated,discover law is decided by their peers or man in the street,not ivory high tower.Good and bad,Brit law hangover,could be worst like CCP law of Commi Russki law,who invented the words special ops for war.
