SIA is still recruiting cabin crew from SG and MY. The website is at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/careers/cabin-crew-career/
I think the airline is still short of local cabin crew. It is currently not employing crew from other countries. However, I don't understand why only SG and MY only?

A few days go,a Sinkie was offloaded in Hkg due to his unmet demand for alcohol on ground.A Karl, who thinks too entitled. In Japan ,kasuhara law applies, but on board, only got balls to off load.To be safe and have a safe environment on SQ,one need to take firm action against disruptive and over entitled pax, mostly low Ses type.Should have exposed his co travel for better effects. What do you think ?Should CC on SQ be punching bags similarly to cut off your water supply in conflicts with our not so friendly neighbour ?

What sort of training does the crew undergo to handle such situations?
May be nerve wrecking for newbies.
Definitely bad for mntal health.Remembered mt time from Dxb,this Arab who could not hold his champagne, started bothering the other paxs couple behind. Then at a signal, the whole able bodied males jumped on to him, including AO.Darrel who was on board .He was strong, and had to hogtied him with extension seatbelt for landing ,on the floor. On arrival,he was handed over to Sat police. We asked the ground staff for follow up info, and he apparently broke a rib.
