Wanna stay healthy and live to and beyond 100? (pt.1)

 1. Eat less frequently like once or max twice a day.

2. No snacking in between meals.

3. Do intermittent fasting like 12/12 or 16/8 or 18/6 etc.

4. Eat fibre first followed by protein, healthy fats and carbs.

5. Walk 10 to 15 minutes after each meal.
