Died of a heart attack

Former chief steward died of a heart attack while playing tennis yesterday. As far as I know he was fit and has no health issues. RIP Anthony Ang.

It's a fact that vax is the killer to some than a protector.

It is true what you have said about him. Think he was a quiet and not
so friendly type but once you get to know him he is ok.

Hi BT

https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/transport/sia-to-hire-2000-cabin-crew-by-march-2023-about-800-recruited-so-far

Whats your thoughts on the lastest development on SQ hiring 800 so far out of 2000 needed?

Do you think SQ/Scoot shouldn't be picky and select anybody who's wiling to work to be a waiter in the sky?

It is not whether SIA is picky or not. It all depends on supply and demand. If more are keen on the job then SIA can afford to be selective and vv. The fact of the matter is if Singaporeans are not interested to be cc SIA can go to, besides Malaysia, Indonesia, India etc where more are hungry for the job.
