Im looking to join as a SQ Steward. I'm wondering if SQ provides holiday allowances on top of the existing allowances,
For example, if CC layover in NYC, which is once in blue moon roster, do we get additional allowance for us to enjoy the stay apart from Crew hotel? Because back in SG, we need money to live and pay bills.
In NYC, we don't want to stay in hotel just to save money. We want to go out and enjoy after handling passengers.
to the above poster, please wake up from your dream, sq did not hire you to go enjoy in nyc, if possible sq will pax u back immediately after touch down
The above poster better not join.Thinking dumber,and dumber,will cause more problems in the short term.In the long term,lack of working maturity,will repeat the similar incidents,at last locked thread.Please don't post such stupid question again,one might think CC are stupid,ignorant better join fast food joint,not SQ.Notice this was a repeated wuestions before.BT should not entertain such post.
Such like minded questions show everything below standard for joinning an international airline.Go join other ,who provides such services if any,doubt any exist.Similarly those who back such line of question,innocent or dumb,flocks together,so in current media talk,worse than noob,multitude of procedures for anti covid steps,doubt will be executed.Best sent to Ukraine for holidays of a life time ,doubt any life left.Cannot for NS trained so must be jiuho kids,or brain damage.How to prevent imported covid when the crew is such ?
Hi! I almost joined but Covid happened and I gave up this dream. I would like to try again but have some concerns. If you're crew or recently joined, please help
1. If you're on probation, is bullying still really bad? 2. I keep hearing people say the culture is toxic but I don't understand why 3. For long haul flights, is it for 1.5 days?

I am not from cc division. but there is no such thing as holiday allowance. if u r running a company, will u give out such allowance? r u able to answer to shareholders? if the company is unable to attract people to join, they will increase the pay, or productivity allowance.
the only industry I can think of is sales, where u have a entertainment budget. on top of entertaining yourself, u have to entertain other people

From co manual.End of flight duty,its co time.So rest,food for return flight.Outstation,co time,not your time,not for holiday in Aspen,then return to hotel unable to operate,due to fatigue.Dismiss for unable to perform duty.Still not clear ?
