Someone suggested the above. The part about paying for the coaching after passing the interview made my toes laugh. Wah where got such a thing as coach first and pay later only when one has been employed as a cc? Tell you what, some would refuse to pay or lie they didn't get the job. "Most young people really dry"? Nonsense, they prefer to spend on the latest iPhone model etc than to pay me to coach them. One cc wannabe told me she can help herself for free in the internet for help to pass her interview rather than pay for e-guide and coaching etc.

True what BT said because these days most of the young ones are dishonest. They may not pay even when pass the interview after being coached. I am sure BT had come across these scums before.

Hi BT, the younger generation is known to be more materialistic/money-oriented and we can't blame them because this is how they were brought up in the current climate. I am sure, if they can afford the latest iPhone, they can afford you fees. But, being money-oriented, they want to "Pau Chiak" (guaranteed wholesome meal) situation. They have nothing to lose. Perhaps, to see their response, perhaps you should ask them whether, if they were in your position, would they do what they proposed?
If I recall corrently, there were precedents to show that such an arrangement would not work. There was once when Banks were offering study loans for tertiary education. Payment would be 6 months after graduation. It did not work for various reasons, for example, some could not get a job, or had one but had difficulties servicing the loan. There were guarantors but they were also good on paper only. In a default situation, they also had difficulties paying the liquidated damages.
I once saw this notice at a retail shop selling household items - "In God, we trust. Others pay cash". I asked the staff and he said many customers wanted credit terms and the experience with them was not so good.
So, BT - you should perhaps consider this slogan, ha ha.

Pay minimum online.it becomes a legal contract.Small claim court can get them.Just put out a notice saying who and who,and helper will wait at basement,cc control.Simple.Scum will not last.
