Japan govt subsidized rental apartments in Kitakyushu Fukuoka 【素敵な市営住宅】

These rental apartments are subsidized by the government for the lower income Japanese. They look like the HUDC and EA in Singapore. Unlike the HUDC and EA, these apartments are not for sale. Monthly rental is from JPY6,000 to JPY 60,000 (SG$55 to $550) depending on income etc. The apartments are quite huge (130 sq m).
Enjoy the video.

So considerate of the Japanese government to charge the poor
people such low rate of flat rental.

So kind? They pay really high income tax and worked really long hours when they were young. Of course now have to provide welfare in order to retain voters.

One must decide, voted in to serve the voters or self ?If self, then no need to give welfare, live in big house, but good for 1 terms, then kick out. What idiotic voters vote themselve out of returns?
